We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your Google Store order, you can return most items within 15 calendar days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit your order history page, select the items you wish to return, and click the 'Return' button to start the process.

• 2.
  Print the Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label and the return authorization slip provided in your email.

• 3.
  Package the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all included accessories and manuals, ensuring the return slip is inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location to be sent back to our warehouse.
